Separating For Vet Visit

This may seem an odd question but can I separate my recently bonded pair so I can take one to the vets?

I would personally take them both along so they can hold each others paws - this makes it less stressful for the piggy who needs to be seen - its very common to take them both - I always take my trio when one of them needs to go.

You can take them both together for moral support, but honestly I've split pairs to go to the vet on many occasions (including times when one was having surgery and was gone for the day) and have never had an issue having them not be happy to see each other when they got back. In fact, the pig who was left at home was typically pretty kind to the sick pig who had been away!
