Ginger, Posh, Hector and Kiki are having a little break away at Debbie‘s this weekend while we visit family up north for the first time since last July. I took the opportunity to make Ginger an appointment at the Cat and Rabbit Clinic as I noticed a small lump on Ginger’s back a few weeks ago, then I notice a funny little skin tag just under her fur under her eye the other day.
Anyway Kim saw her on Thursday afternoon and confirmed the back lump was a cyst and the eye tag was a wart. Kim said neither was bothering her but they both could grow bigger and become more problematic to operate on so I decided to have the op done while they were up for the weekend. I’m very grateful to the C&R for fitting her in today at such short notice. Anyway Ginger has had her op today and is now back with Debbie.
She is eating, a bit quiet as to be expected and her breathing is a bit honky. Debbie checked with Kim and confirmed it’s likely to be the anaesthetic and hopefully it will calm down soon
So fingers crossed she will be feeling better soon poor little lady. Not quite the holiday she was expecting but she is in the very best place with Debbie, who is amazing at caring for poorly piggies.
Thanks so much Debbie for looking after my girlie x
