Hi, everyone! I'm new here, and I have 2 guinea pigs: Faith and Winnie. We rescued Faith from one of my friends, and when I first brought her home, everything was fine. She was eating and drinking A LOT. But now, She's not eating or drinking as much as she used to. She also has seizures. For example, today I was feeding her a carrot, and all of a sudden her head started twitching aggressively. I was really panicking, because again, when I brought her home, she was doing great, so I thought everything is going to be ok. Shes turning 5 in July, and I'm not sure what to do for the remaining part of her life. I just want to make sure she's healthy. I think the reason why this is all happening is because she may still be getting used to having another guinea pig in her cage, she has never had a buddy before. What should I do?

Please have your piggy seen by a vet.
Head shaking can be caused by an issue with the ears for example but only a vet can diagnose the cause.

Ensure you weigh them both every week as part of routine care. Weight checks are the only way to know they are eating enough hay. You then switch to daily weight checks when you have health concerns as this enables you to more closely monitor what is going on with the hay intake and enables you to step in with syringe feeding if weight is being lost
