I am not an expert, so I guess my first question would be when do you see your vet next?
I am assuming there is some follow up to remove stitches and check on the recovery?
It doesn't look discoloured, but the edges of the wound also don't look as smooth as I would expect.
Does your piggy seem well in themselves?
Are they on any medication following the surgery?

Has your piggy been to the vet for a wound check? If so, when was that? From the photo it looks like one end may not have closed properly/has opened up slightly. If in doubt ask for a re-check.
