Hello!

Been here around a week and I have a pressing question I hope someone out here can answer :)

If you have a Scratch and Newton cover, how tight fitting would you say it is?

The touble is my hutch is 1.5 cm longer than the measurements of their 'Poppy' cover, and 3cm taller. The manufacturer suggested that I may have to shave a bit off the roof trim if it doesn't fit. However, the roof trim is already quite thin so that wouldn't work.

I am not too concerned about the height, but I am worried the cover won't slide down over the hutch at all :(

I am planning to get the Hutch Hugger (raincover) and the Snuggle (thermal cover), so that may make the fit even tighter.

Would like to order very soon as we have a makeshift cover made out of an old picnic blanket.

Sorry, I can't help you on that, but perhaps another member can!

Thanks!

I am getting rather desperate now, so I might bite the bullet and just order the made-t- measure one. The trouble, apart from the price, is that it will take 3 weeks. At the moment I have a makeshift cover that's not up to much and I'm worried about the piggies being uncomfortable.
