Scab on guinea pig's tummy, is there anything we can do to help them heal?

we just noticed it this afternoon and were just wondering if there was anything we could do to help them heal before we get them to a vet
It’s impossible from your photo to know what has caused it.
How old are your piggies? What sex? Is it possible they’ve been fighting?

Theyre both about a year and a half old, both female, and it's definitely possible. They fight once every few weeks.

I would take your guinea pig to a vet to get checked out. That’s either a scab from being bitten whilst fighting or from having some sort of skin disease
Hi! It looks more like a burst cyst to me - but that is a guess and not a diagnosis. Please have it seen by a vet during regular opening hours (it is not an emergency), in case it gets infected.
