when i have fed my pigs the girl has bit me so hard when i go to put her back i feed her on my knee coz before i had to have her teeth filed down coz they had grown to long and making it hard to eat much or maybe it could be she needs to go back for a wee please help::{

she could think you are food if she is biting you on the fingers. she could want to go to the loo too. perhaps try wrapping her in a twoel when feeding her so she feels more secure, if she continues to bite i would either wear gloves or get her checked at a vet. good luck, hoping wrapping in a towel helps.:rose:rose:rose sending hugs ppp

There could be several reasons why she is biting - she could be feeling unsafe (if, for example she is being held awkwardly), she smells food on your fingers and thinks it's food for her, also if she has a skin condition like mites or fungal and it's painful for her to be touched. As Mary says above, she could be nipping because she wants to go back into her cage to toilet, they can often get fidgety when they need a wee, but rarely bite really hard, more like a nibble
