Namaah
Junior Guinea Pig
Hi, I'm planning on making lots of new toys as I've only got a few shop bought ones. I've made a lot of of cardboard buy my piggy eats them pretty quickly so i'm trying to think of alternatives. I'm worried about how much cardboard he is eating. If anyone could answer these question I'd appreciate it.
Are crochet toys safe for guinea pigs? if so then what type of wool would be best, I have acrylic, real wool, bamboo and cotton.
Are bamboo skewers safe? I was wanting to make some veg kebabs and stuff
I've read somewhere that cherry tree wood is safe for guinea pigs, is this true? I have a large woodland near me full of cherry trees so would be great if it is
Is there any other safe materials you can think of that I can use to make toys?
