Hi yeah so I have outdoor 5 ft double floor hutch still haven't confidence to catch them yet but they hand feed but feel they just lie about a lot and maybe not happy know it's been recommended a separate run but my question is how best to catch them to put them into that run and what is the best run please love this group

The best way to catch them is to herd them into a carrier.
I actually herd mine into a corner and pick them up from there but my lot are more able to be handled (although they don’t all like it!).

Any wooden run with a good strong mesh is fine. I personally have folding ones so they can be stored from late autumn. I got mine from Home & Roost

This is a link the folding runs I have, but anything on this website is good.

Thanks so much do they tend to lie about if it is warm

Yes, they feel the heat (and cold) like we do.
You need to be taking measures to make sure they are being kept cool enough though. Hutches outside can become dangerous in heat. Not sure what temperatures you are dealing with at the moment - it’s 31 degrees here again today
