Runny nose and dandruff

My guinea pigs, Butter, has been sneezing a bit more than normal recently. I didn't think much of it until she sniffed my hand and I realized she had a runny nose. I'm calling the vet tomorrow to schedule a appointment, but is there anything I can do in the meantime? I'd also appreciate knowing if this is a sign of a major or minor issue.
On a unrelated note, they both have a bit of dandruff. I doubt it's a issue with their diet, so any suggestions? Thanks!

Its not possible for us to know - onoy a hands on vet check will be able to tell you what you are dealing with - sneezing, nasal discharge could be anything from nasal irritation from dust or it could be a sign of a respiratory infection.
The flaky skin could potentially be a parasite issue.
