Running Disc

I know piggies aren't supposed to run in wheels as it's bad for their spine, but what about these exercise discs? It has a flat running surface and you can choose a variety of sizes too.

Seriously though, from what Ive read guinea pigs don't have the desire to run on these "one the spot" type of things anyway.

I was just thinking even if there was a mini treadmill mine wouldn't go on it, they would probably try to eat it but exercising? seriously? us!

Despite my large run, my piggies would choose to laze about any day. Ahaha.

They might end up using it as a hanging rack, isn't that what they're really used for in the end? lol

Babycakes if your piggy has acess to a run on your lawn once a day for a few hours that should be adequate exercise. The petshop wheels and discs are a con, for one there dangeroua for piggya due to delicate spine and joints and 2 i doubt a piggy would get the idea of how to use one if even have the desire to use one. So its a no from me I'm afraid. X
