Has any one seen this - www.runaround.co.uk - ? Quite interesting have a look and tell us what you think.
It is a new system of housing/exercising.
 
I like the idea, but it looks very small for rabbits. They can run around lots, but can't run freely where they want to and binky and jump and all. If it was bigger then I'd like it. Or if you used it in combination with a large run.
 
I'm always worried about these kinds of things that are permanently attached to the hutch - if a fox can get into a top of the range chicken coop made of very similar materials, it can get in there!

I'm sure they could, but you could close it off at night so they don't have access to it. I saw on the website it has things for closing the hole they go through.
 
Personally it seems to me a bit like a treadmill with not enough free running space.and what happens when one rabbit or pig stops in the tunnel ,could cause a traffic jam.
 
I think it would work better for guinea pigs (but only as a run in the daytime, not permanent housing!) than rabbits! I agree it seems a little on the small side
 
I do like the idea of it, its fab, i just think it could be a tad bit wider and taller possibly or could lead to a larger run at the end, but i suppose you could set that bit up yourself. And the price is well...pricey! Esp setting it up all together you could get a good quality run for the small price with lots of room! Overall i love the idea of it :))
 
Looks small and cramped to me. Don't like it at all. (Though I do like the hole and tube bit to perhaps go into a larger run area.)

What's the point in setting it up in a square like they show in the video? Look at all that wasted space and grass in the middle of the square that could be made use of. :{
