What is the best run size for 4 girl piggies?
Also, they'll be moving into a double decker 6ft x 2ft hutch, is this big enough?

I think that's fine for 4 girls. You can get a roughly 7' X 4' run on zooplus.co.uk for about £60 I think. I think 6'X4' would be a brilliant size for them.
I guess a 4'X3.5' (that seems a common size) would be pretty good too, much the same square footage as the hutch, but if you want to give them extra space for a treat, there's a 5'X5' wooden framed run on zooplus too, but more expensive.

I think I have the run you mean 
do you advise attaching a run permanently? Someone has mentioned the risks of damp ground to me and I would worry they'd just sit out in the run and get ill
