What do you use for floortime to keep your piggies contained? And is it big enough for a person to fit in as well?

My daughter desperately wants to hold our piggies but is worried about them running off as one is still very skittish. I thought I could kill two birds with one stone and get a run that's big enough for someone to sit in with them but I haven't managed to find anything so far. Any suggestions please?

Thank you!

Is this a run to go in the house? If so I would get 2 or 3 of something like this ME & MY PET SMALL FOLDING PLAYPEN GUINEA PIG/RABBIT/HAMSTER GARDEN PLAY PEN/CAGE
And join them together to make it a large circle that your daughter could sit in the center of.I have done this before and it does make a surprisingly large space.

If you're wanting a secure outdoor run with easy access maybe something like this:Bunny Business - Detail ?

Thank you for taking the time to look for me! It's indoors so getting a few of that first one looks ideal.

Thank you!

I've got some C&C grids (I picked up about 30 second hand) and I have cable tied them into a long string of twenty of them (I think, might be 16...) and then left the ends free. I can open it out and turn it into a pen that easily holds me, DH and both of the kids, I just clip the open ends together with a proper C&C connector. It's plenty stable enough for the purpose and contains the piggies from escaping. We have had them less than a week and had escapes twice during laptime, once down the back of the sofa, the second time was in the pen and so much easier to sort out! I've got an old shower curtain that I have put on the floor for now but obviously wees equal a puddle on that so I need a plan b if we are to use it as a bigger run for more fun time in the future...

i am so lucky.... mine go onto a fleece blanket and they go the very edge but no further :lol!:
only once has Pippin ventured off under the sofa.....

Just wanted to add, I bought this very run as a condition of rehoming our pair. Buying it through amazon cost the same but with free postage. The bunnybusiness website was closed for admin or something anyway and so it was the only way to buy it then but that was a fortnight ago, they might be up and running again. It came within 48 hours.

I've got two of those little fold up runs and they were perfect when my two girls were bonding with Jambo and Primrose in the early days.

Loads of ideas! Thank you!

I'm so envious of you who can have them free range in your living and dining rooms! We're too open plan for that unfortunately. I fear Barlo (who's still scared of his own shadow, but tries to boss Barnaby around :hmm:) would run behind something never to be seen again.

The c&c grids is also a good idea thanks, will price it up. Might be worth having some more for when we're on holiday and they go to stay with grandma....

Thanks everyone!

Just to say I LOVE the name Primrose! Very cute!

Thank you! And when I said my two girls were in the run bonding, I did mean my two daughters (not g-pigs!) so 2 of those runs is plenty big enough
