hi had piggies since may few problems at start over bullying but seemed to settled down. now the roles have reversed and the bullied one is now doing the bullying. they are both females and where getting on ok but one is rumbling around after the other and it seems to be getting on her nerves. is this a dominance thing or a mating thing and if it is for mating will it stop as they are both girls

You seem to know for sure they are both sows so i wont ask have you sexed them right ;D
Yes i really do think it is just a dominance thing and should be soon settled and sorted as i think none of them know whos boss at the moment !

How old are the sows ? :D

they are just over 5 months now so i diddent know if it was because they are classed as adults but she rumbles nearly every time she sees the other one they are in doors so i have put beds in for them so the other one can have some peace as when she gets fed up she go in

Hi 5 months is very young still and as i found out the other day your girls havent yet reached their teenage stages :o And 2 bowls and 2 sleeping compartments should settle things fine if they can go in to their own space O0

they eat together fine and play but it seems to be the rumbling that gets the other down

I'm sure it would be getting them down but if it ever turns to alot of aggression then i think you should separate them for the better but because its just rumbling then just make sure they have lots of space and room to run around so they can escape somewhere safe
