Hi everyone! I'm having so much trouble trying to find a decent vet, they seem to have very little (or no) knowledge on Guinea pigs. I've spoken to Vedra a few times and she's been really knowledgable and helpful but as you all probably know she is so difficult to get hold of. She gave me the number for a rodentologist near Cardiff, I rang but was told they no longer do it anymore.
I'm desperate to find a rodentologist to take a look at my Guinea or give me some advice. Does anyone know of any near the Cardiff area?
Thanks for your help!

Hello and welcome. The forum does not support or endorse the work of rodentologists. The forum does support seeking help and advice from qualified veterinary surgeons and particularly those who are Cavy savvy. While some vets may hold a rodentology qualification the vast majority of rodentologists are not practising veterinary surgeons. Our recommended vet locator is at the top of the page and a further link is here: Guinea Pig Vet Locator
We can also appeal to members in the Cardiff area for their recommended vets.

What is the problem with your piggy for which you are seeking help?
