I use coconut oil for Womble's feet I heard it's a good moisturiser and has anti fungal properties but of course not enough to stop full blown fungal infections if they're present.
 
There's also a place online called gorgeous guineas that do a guinea pig hair and skin care range.

That's where I get Womble's shampoo and conditioner for whenhe needs a bum bath as he's a Peruvian and a mucky pup it's every few months or so.

They do trial sizes so it's good if you want to give it a try without committing to a big bottle of stuff you might not use.
 
Please make sure that you are not dealing with a fungal infection.

It is also important that you are aware that over-creaming guinea pig can soften their soles and make them much more susceptible for skin problems and infections.

It is always a bit of a tightrope walk but I would not recommend to treat on spec.
