Ring worm or dry skin?

Hi all- I’m back with another health question! I have noticed for the past week that my boars ears look white and flaky- is this ringworm or dry skin do you think? I have treated twice with Daktarin (miconazole). What are your thoughts? I’ve attached pictures.

It would be best to see a vet and do not attempt to treat anything yourself. If you apply any fungal product yourself, you make it look different and make diagnosis harder.
