Dear Beautiful Riff is poorly with possible bladder stones. I am going to book up an x-ray this week.

Oh Lucinda i hope Riffy's ok and will be thinking about you both when he has his x-ray x>>x>>

I am scared.

They said they would try to do it without anaes, but if Riff twiddled round they would use a shot of Iso.

And I am terrified about the result.

Riff is my very best friend.

Fingers & paws crossed that Riffy doesn't twiddle & the result is a positive one (meaning positively negative for stones) x

Thank you!

Riff generally does sit still so I hope it can be done without gas.

omg Lucinda i'm so so sorry love 8...
Give our darling Riff HUGE kisses and loves from us both xx>>>xx>>>xx>>>xx>>>
Let me know what time and i'll make sure we have paws crossed xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Try him on a low calcuim diet too, try and ease it a bit with diet. I'm thinking of you both. xxxxxxxx

Thinking of you and Riffy Lucinda. He is a gorgeous boy, I've just been admiring his photo's. Hope all will be ok. x

Try not to worry too much. My sow had bladder stones and she was operated on at the age of 6 and survived x

Sorry to hear about Riff.

I, too, have had piggies with bladder stones. I have had two operated on, Joey being one of them. He had his operation when he was six months old and he is now five!

They have a way of handling them at the vets to keep them still and sometimes they give them just a little whiff of gas.

Hope all goes well for him ... I will be keeping my fingers crossed!

Thank you for all your thoughts.

Riff is booked in for tomorrow morning.

I am trying to cut down the calcium for Riff, but he also has diabetes, so his food is becoming as complicated to manage as mine!

i hope all goes well at the vets tomorrow. keep us updated on the outcome and paws and fingers are crossed for you.

xx

I hope everything goes ok for you, just think happy positive thoughts! :)p
