ribwort? how often is fresh forage safe to feed?

is this ribwort? i have read its safe to feed but wondered if thats all if it? (leaves, steam and head) or just a certain part and how often is okay to feed?

Mine have 1 leaf each a couple of times a week. We call it flat leaf plantain. I feed fresh forage everyday in place of veg at this time of year but I do have a lot growing in the garden, I don't have to go far to find it!

I've never tried the other bit, it looks a bit dry so I've never thought about it.

I just pull it in a handful and feed it all - stems as well.

Yes I’d feed it a couple of times - depends how much I can get!

all the ribwort in the garden seems to have little holes in the leaves! are these still okay to feed? i’m assuming its just hungry caterpillars lol?
