So two weeks ago my guinea pig stopped eatting and pooping but I got her medication to help with her respiratory illness and also gave her critical care, the vet only provided me with the medication to only last for a week, by the time the week was over she seemed healthy again eatting on her own and pooping. But a week later I realized she makes this popping noises when she breathes when I pick her up to listen to her lung I don’t really hear anything, she seems to be fine with eatting on her own and drinking water, just Incase I give her some critical care and vitamin C. Do you suggest I go back to the vet to get checked up? Or will she be fine ?

The sounds like popping noises when she breathes and maybe even sounds like scratching

I'd recommend you take her back to the vets asap, poor girl still doesn't sound right :( Paws crossed for her x

I agree with @Tim - she really needs to go back to the vet and be rechecked.
Depending on how bad the initial infection was she might need a longer or stronger course of antibiotics to clear it up fully.
To be honest the vet should have automatically booked a check up at the end of the first course of treatment to be sure it had worked properly.
I would call them asap and ask to be seen again.

I hope she feels and gets better soon but definitely take her back to vets. What's her name & I'll be thinking of her xx
