My Guinea pig died this week and I am slowly cleaning items with his scent out of his cage over the next several days to give my remaining pig time to process. He has started to leave his scent during floor time where Bear used to lay, so I am assuming he is ready for this process. The only issue is I have some tunnels and a giant hidey that I can’t simply was his scent from. Do I just leave them for him to replace with his on his own? Do I have to get rid of them and buy new ones? I’m not sure how significant the lingering scent might be for my grieving pig.

I just leave things to lose their scent gradually. There’s no need to remove the scent of the piggy who’s passed.

I agree with @VickiA .

Just leave the scent to fade away naturally with all the hard furniture and try not rush it; especially as your remaining boy is doing his own territorial jobs, which you will also erase. But it is good to see that your boy seems to be coping well with being on his own. That is always a great relief because it gives you more time and less pressure to come up with a new solution.
