Reintroduction Or Neuter?

I have 2 boars who are 18 months and 5 years old. In April they split up after a bad fight which dure blood from the older guinea pig. The young pig is bigger but he seems to be lonely. Is it worth trying to bond them again and risk injury or neuter which I'm not sure about. Any advice?

I think once blood has been drawn then the chances of a successful reintroduction are almost nil - sorry.
In fact you may just risk further injuries to one or both of your boars.
But this doesn't mean they aren't lonely.
Just because they don't like each other doesn't mean they don't need a friend.
Where are you located?
If you have a good rescue nearby they may be able to take your boars for a round of boar dating and try and find them new friends.
