I’m sadly rehoming our two sows after having them for only 4 months. Our younger daughter is allergic and as much as we love them, it’s time. I’m planning on putting an ad on Craigslist or something with the pigs, food, 2x4 c and c and 4 sets of fleece liners as well as beds. About how much should I ask for them? I want to ensure they go to a good home.

I would suggest that you surrender them to a reputable rescue. They will ensure that your piggies go to an owner that has been home checked. With the best will in world you can't carry out these checks. Advertising them anywhere means they could end up with a backyard breeder or worse.

I agree with both the above. Dont do any crappy carboot style sites like cragslist. Youll end up supllying someone with snake food or to someone that cant even tell their right arm from their left. Please find a good rescue that will re home them to someone whos knows how to look after guinea pigs

Please surrender them to a piggy rescue, they will have a much MUCH better home.
Craigslist is sketchy-someone who might adopt them will not have good intentions:td:

That does sound like a better idea. Then I guess I can still sell the supplies online. Hubby wasn’t too happy about the price to begin with and wants his money back LOL
