Reed Mat

Hi ,I have some left over reeds from a craft project and also some raffia.I was wondering if I could use these two natural products to make some matting for my piggies cages .Any thoughts

I don't see why not, seems like a fun idea, assuming everything is clean and not put together with anything like hot glue etc.

I think it’s a great idea - there are commercial seagrass mats and houses put together with string
Some photos would be great when you’ve put it all together
