Red Feet?

I've had my guinea pigs for a few months now, and I've realised their feet are very red. I have attached an image below. Their cage has fleece bedding with towels underneath, so their feet are pretty supported.

It's not uncommon for pink footed piggies to get a little red patch on them, but it's great that you noticed it.

It can be a sign that they're standing on urine so it might be worth spot cleaning the cage a bit more often.

One of my boys started to get red feet and I noticed that he spent a lot of time in his house, so I added a bit of VetBed on top of the fleece which I rotate and change regularly, and his feet have gone back to being pink.
