Hi

It looks normal to me?

Guinea pigs regulate their body temperature by the blood flow through their ears and feet. The increase in colour from pink to reddish means that your piggy is feeling a bit hot and is currently shedding some heat. Piggies don sweat (that is always condensation) and do not pant, either.

Could she be warm? Pigs with pink ears will get noticeably pinker when they are warm- the ears flush to cool them down. You can see this on the bottom of their feet too!
