Rearranging my bedroom :D

Yay..I finally know how I'm going to rearrange my bedroom :P

At the moment I have a bunk bed but my sister has moved out so we are going to take the bottom bed out (leaving just the sides/legs and the peice of wood along the back). Then I'm going to put my draws under there and also build/buy a new computer desk for under there. Then I have a massive gap next to the piggy cage soo I can move it over and extend it..and I can probably make it 2x6 yay :P No idea where charlies cage is going yet...I'll find somewhere ;)

I'm not re-painting it or anything (was only painted a year or so back) just rearranging the furniture..can you paint radiators? It's ugly lol

Now...I just need to tidy it up *sigh* Hopefully I can have the bottom bunk bed gone next weekend and my draws and Charlie under there. Gah, I hate tidying it..I have no where to put anything :P I guess I'll have to take all the junk out from under the bed.

Hey, don't ask why I made this topic..I'm just proud of myself for thinking of an idea that actually works haha :P Oh and I gotta say it will be my wonderful daddy doing all this for me :smitten: :smitten:

edit: Better get cleaning/tidying then! I'll be back this evening if I don't get bored...if I get bored expect me in 20 minutes ::) Turning the computer off so I'm not tempted :P
 
Hope it goes well - It will be like a new room when you have finished it :) I use to love changing my room around when i was younger and i drew plans too!

I'm thinking of getting new bedroom furniture sometime this year but have so many things in my room I need a good sort out and tidy up first - should start with the wardrobes i think as there are so many things i dont wear but wont chuck out ::)

But todays jobs are in the garden - pots need redoing, and got herb tubs to start off too, and finishing my NVQ folder off (that will be put off til the last mo!)
 
even now i keep rearranging my living room..... i still haven't grown out of it! ;D
 
My daughter loves to rearrange her bedroom a few times a year :)
Next project is to paint a feature wall, i think it's going to be purple :) that means new bedding etc........ ::)
 
Nearly finished tidying it but got bored...going out when dads cut the hedges..no idea where to I just wanted to go out haha :P I'd probably be finished by now but I don't know what to do with the stuff cos a lot of it is my sisters (her stuff is still here even though she hasn't slept at home for more than one night for the past 2 and a half years! :tickedoff: - she was meant to be taking it in the holidays but guess that's not happening!)

No idea what to do with her mattress...told dad we should take it to the dump but mum says you can't bin a half decent mattress :-\
 
Charity shops might collect a decent matress if its got the fire safety tag on?

Or a hostel for homeless?

I like the idea of giving it to a homeless place..will have a look see if there are any local (I'm sure there is)

Yeah we do have a loft...gunna shove it in boxes though andpile it up in the corner and incourage her to take it ::)

And nope I havn't finished tidying up...got bored :-\ Half of under the bed is tidy now.. ::) My bed is full of my junk though gah. Looks like I'm sleeping on the floor tonight :D Apparently we have an inset day tomorrow (never knew!) so gunna finish it then hopefully.

Ive just cleaned and re-aranged my pig-sty too ;D I can actually get to my bed without breaking my neck now 2funny
 
Well my bedroom is so tiny I stand in the middle and I can turn around and do everything at once, I am hoping in the summer to decorate it with my dad, I want SHOCKING pink on the bottom, and I want a baby pink on the top, at the moment its dark purple and lilic on top, i'm ait tired of it now lol

I get a girly girl at last ;D only took 16 years and now the girl wants PINK but you are not getting it done untill mine is finished then kitchen needs painting.

When Ali was younger her room was bright green ceiling, Bright yellow top half with shocking pink stripe the bright orange on the bottom. She also had Shocking Pink bedding groovy chick and matching curtins. Now I had to wear sunglasses in there it was that bright 8)
 
I had a green feature wall once... I wanted the whole room done but the shade of green I wanted wa so expensive!
Ive got a babyblue room though now :) lol
 
yer... I wanted a spearmint green but we couldnt find it ;D
Before we painted my room it was a discutsing grey colour! lol
