When going on holiday somewhere and you put the destination into google.co.uk and you may or may not get some reviews about where you want to stay. Anyway, whilst reading them you read that some are rated 1/10 - 3/10 whilst the odd couple are 9/10 etc - what would you think? Would you want to stay elsewhere or would you stay at where originally going?

Oh yes; this isn't a random question as it's about our holiday.

I would check out the age of the people who gave the reviews if poss. Different people like different things. Have you looked on holidays uncovered?

Can I be nosey and ask where you are going

I have reviwed on travel advisor-it's a pretty good site which reviews places, hotels etc also giving views on suitability for certain age groups.

Thanks O0

It just makes you think doesn't it really. I've had experience in the past with holiday places (like the hotel flooding and than someone else ending up in our booked Caravan and we had to wait ages for allocation and than the place only had one bedroom so I slept in the kitchen on a put-me-up bed before being put elsewhere the next day!).

To be honest, the only thing that does matter is CLEANNINESS as to be honest we don't tend to stay at the caravan site as we tend to go elsewhere during the day.

Hmm you wouldnt go in a resort with very low ratings by many people though would you?
If there have been many ratings low on a particular resort, ratings that are similar to another persons rating e.g- a few people that rated the food poor as an example. If its a well explained rating also, then i would consider going by what they say.
