They are very happy and popcorned about for ages, before settling done for a nap. xx>>>

That looks really good, they look very content up there. My girls would do anything for dill too :))

AWWW that's wonderful and a 3 x 1 hayloft is a good size!

I empathise with you totally it's so hard waiting for them to use ramps, it feels like ages doesn't it?

I love what you have done and I bet they do too, they look so snuggly in the hay!

I do have alot of patients BUT i just didnt like the fact they hated the ramp as i put them on it and they clung onto it with dear life. :...

At least i now know they are happy as they done lots of popcorning and spent ages running through the hay while we all watched them. x)

I should really thank my mum and dad as they done it! I went out shopping and came back to the new set up. :p

I was worried the hay loft wasnt big enough but they do get on well. :)

I think I'm going insane I thought I'd already commented on the new cage set up:{

Sure looks like the guys approve whole heartedly, looks great hun :(|)

Haha no your not going insane as i changed it as they didnt like the ramp. :))

They have just stayed in the hayloft for the whole afternoon and my dad said they will get hungry just eating hay! But i thought hay is the main part of their diet, ;) they will have to learn to come down for veg as the veg is down the bottom.

Well just an update on how the boys like their new cage. Gizmo has been whizzing up and down the ramp and Joey is loving the hay loft.
We thought that Gizmo was still a little afraid of the ramp but he was the first one whizzing up there when i put some dill/parsley on it. Cheeky monkeys, i think they both were just pretending to be scared of the first ramp.rollseyes

I done my first spot clean this morning and it wasnt that bad, i did another one this evening while they are out for floortime and luckily my dad made the ramp so it will lift up so i can sweep the poo etc from under it, as sometimes they like to have a sit under the ramp.

Ive been hiding some of their fave herbs up in the hay loft and on the ramp just to encourage them to use it. :)

I love all the space they have now and the inco pads are working really well too. :)

The downstairs area is used for food bowls, water bottle and veg bowl, i also put in their 2 cosies and it looks bare, but I'm not sure what else to put down there?
I was thinking of a hay ball that is hung from the top as ive noticed many people on here have them. I have just put in a willow ball so shall see how they get on with that. :)
Oh i also have a willow tunnel i could put in or their chube?

Sam it's such a good thing they love it and love the ramp. It's funny when they zoom up and down isn't it? They go faaaaaast.

I wouldn't try and fill up the downstairs floor space. As long as they have their creature comforts - the more open space the more they can run around fast and it gives them more room.

I have a hay ball hanging down - I have 2 side by side and they are brill, don't take up floor space and give them something extra to do.

It is VERY funny. :(|) I didnt know that they could move so fast! The way they whizz up and down is unbelievable, i just wish i discovered the c&c cage when i first had them. :)

Ive only put in the willow ball which went down a hit and they had fun rolling it about and Joey is popcorning all the time around the cage, where as Gizmo likes whizzing up and down the ramp. :p

I shall just get one of those hay balls and leave them with all the space, thanks for letting me know as i thought they may get bored as its looks so empty compared to their old cage. rolleyes

It looks gorgeous, love the ramp and the hay loft looks like so much fun!
