Re-doing My Piggy Room With C&c :)

So, here is the progress so far. Only got the correx left to finish. Mario's temporary part is done, that's his section for the next 4 weeks until he can go in with his ladies then his section will be opened up and the loft above will have a ramp. Oh and I HATE CORREX.

Sorry they aren't in order, my head is too tired to order them, but they kinda show a sequence!

@Chief Guinea Pig Yes it's in the same room the hutch was in. Surprising how much more space we are using this way :)
 
This is going to make the world of difference to you Ruth, you have done a lot more than I would of done in one day I would of still been planing how and where to put everything :) I like the dip down under the window and the two lofts. :tu:
 
Haha thanks Kell :) I wanted to make use of what space I could so thought it may was well go around the full room. It has three lofts in total but one is out of commission while Mario is Underneath it as there wasn't enough space to put the ramp down with the divider in. He seems happy in his own section for the moment :)
 
They are from eBay if you type in seville storage cubes they will come up. The seller is super bargains :)
 
Wow that looks AMAZING! I can't wait to see it all filled up.

OMG I HATE correx! I'm thinking about ordering some already cut and scored to fit my cage. I can't seem to get the D@&! Stuff straight!

That building across the street is so cute! I LOVE brick! And your little window grid thingys are cute too they make like a diamond shape, mine are just squares. :( blaaaahhhh

Haha Angela, Correx is my new worst enemy!

That building is a house, most houses in the uk are made out of that brick :) The diamonds on the windows are just lead piping :) I like them though :) Thankyou!
 
Good morning sunshine! :D lol. Going to bed soon. Spending all day tomorrow at the roller coaster joint/park.

It's raining and raining sever storm watch right now. Tomorrow is a USA holiday Labor Day woot woot.
 
It's suppose to clear up! If it doesn't I guess we will be going to the Mall of America which is close to my house it's one of the largest malls in the world and I think the largest in America, it has an indoor theme park with coasters ect. Even an indoor water park. I think you could basically live there and never have to leave lol.

But the kids have there hearts set on Valley Fair! Ill take some pics furYa (gaaaaahhh I had to put the words together) if it changes it to you one more time I'm gonna scream. This forum has it's own built in autocorrect.

Sounds a great place....everything you would ever need all under one roof :) I hope the rain holds off for you so you can go the the valley fair will be great to see the pics :)
We were at bush gardens in Florida when a storm started they had to close the coasters until it passed.

So you have black correx.
What are you doing about the top left loft, it hasn't got any correx?

As your cage is right near the window, people will probably think 'what the hell is she doing in there!'
 
I think the top left loft wasn't going to be used until Mario pig had finished his quarantine period.
 
Yes I have black correx, I wanted a plain colour so that any fleece etc would go with it :)
The loft without correx will be finished as soon as Mario is allowed in with the girls. While the divider is in for his temporary section the ramp can't fit down so that loft wasn't a priority as it won't be used for at least a month.
I'm sure people will be wondering, but we have blinds for the dark nights lol!
 
looks amazing! very impressed. any c&c tips you learned along the way? can't wait to see it fully done. :D
 
Well the ladies are spending another night in their run as the glue in certain places hasn't set yet so I don't want them going in with the correx not perfectly secure. We ran out of binders for the edges too lol. They should be going in tomorrow eve when it's safe :)

Erm c and c tips.... buy more then you think you'll need. Get a good pair of scissors. Lots of plasters as I'm full of cuts on my hands. Bring chocolate and lucozade while building to get you through as correx is a nightmare! The c and c grids are easy peasy :) xx
