Raspy squeak

Recently Sylvia seems to have quite the raspy squeak - mostly she’s as loud as ever, but often I’ve heard her squeal quite raspily.
Is this a sign of aging or something else? She’s only 2 or 3 years old (estimated)
 
Older piggies do sometimes lose their squeak but it can also be a sign of having or having had a respiratory infection. If in doubt, or if there are any other concerns such as weight loss, or any discharge from the eyes or nose, any sneezing or coughing, it’s worth getting checked over by the vet
