Rapunzel helping with grief

My Uncle Rick sadly lost his battle with leukemia last night. He fought hard for two years. His wife Carol is an animal lover but they have not had any pets for a few years because of their health problems. I decided to bring Rapunzel over to see her today. She cuddled her and cried with her and even smiled a few times, she sat on Aunt Carol’s lap for half an hour while she petted her and fed her carrots. She said it was just what she needed today as she waited to meet with the funeral home to make arrangements. The human-animal bond is so amazing. Rapunzel and I also visited a cancer treatment center today in honor of Uncle Rick.

Same hospital, she is allowed in all of the hospitals, but I have to go through each of their volunteer trainings and background checks. So I usually stick with the one, but there are 3 locations I can got to. I’m sure they brag to the other hospitals that they have Rapunzel!
