I've had my 2 girls for a week now they are nearly 8 weeks and they randomly do high pitched noises (sounds to me like crying or calling for someone) they do this noise Every time they hear me getting them their food and then Atleast 10 times a day make the same noise randomly. They're very vocal constantly chatting to each other, just wondered if any advise what it could mean?

that sounds to me like high pitched excited wheeking. That means you have very happy and excited piggies - well done :)

Youngsters are very vocal and noisy. High pitched noises can mean begging for food (all my doors including the fridge are wheeker alarmed), excitement in youngsters, but it can also mean protest or submission as your girls are still in the dominance phase.
Guinea pig sounds can be quite similar, especially for new owners, so they have to be often interpreted in combination with body language and situational context. This is why there is no ultimate guide to piggy language.
