I have recently bought a C&C cage for my four guineas. 2x6 with a 2x2 loft. I've never had a two story cage before. We've installed a ramp; it's a wooden one that came with a previous cage but was never used. However, despite placing food on the ramp and in the loft I've seen one piggy venture up and only once. They seem, for the most part, uninterested in going upstairs. Does anyone have any advice as to how to tempt the guineas up the ramp? Feels like a waste if they never go up there.

Putting a tunnel over the ramp can encourage some piggies, as can having a very shallow ramp, so if you can extend your ramp or get a longer one that may help. I find that once they are used to ramps, there's no stopping them :)
I also have split level cages, and have something good for them on each level, to encourage them to use their space and exercise by going up and down.
