Yes. Rabbit hutches online sell one to go with their runs (they don't seem to advertise them separetly on the site but if you add a run to your basket they then offer you one. You could maybe contact them and see if they would be willing to sell it separetly but see also comments below about cheaper DIY alternatives.
We've got one of the rain covers from rabbit hutches online. It is very good quality clear thick plastic and has elastic sewn into the seams at various points with little clips on the end so that you can secure it to your run. We don't actually use it on the run we got from them as it doesn't cover the entire roof. We use it on a smaller run (the outback medium springtime one from zooplus) and it covers all of the top which doesnt have the wooden roof and also comes down three sides about 20cm. It's been really good on that run and I've been pleased with the quality of the cover. I would consider buying a bigger one if they made one big enough to cover the biggest run they sell at rabbit hutches online.
Negative is that I think the plastic is so thick it might be too hot inside the run if left on on a very sunny day.
Mostly DIY solutions work though - I've got a £3 groundsheet from Asda that I out over the top of our biggest run. It leaves the sides totally exposed so some driving rain would get in but our run is big enough that there would be still plenty of sheltered area and I always just pop a few plastic hideys in near the centre if I know I might not be able to dash out and check if rain arrived.
Negatives are that this groundsheet solution is much harder to secure so it doesn't get moved by a breeze and it cuts out light for the piggies but actually they seem to love it when it's on - think they feel safer! With a smaller run or a couple of groundsheets so they reach the ground you could probably use tent pegs to hold them down. You'd need to be careful about ventilation again though.
This is where I got mine: It's not super cheap but I like that it's clear so they can see out and I can see in. They seem to last OK depending on how much weather they get. I've had one out covering my rabbit run in all weathers for a few years now
