Hiya. I'm thinking of getting this cage for my 2 girls. Was going to make a c&c cage but I don't think I'm ever going to get round to it - it's a bit of a hassle getting all the bits needed and then building it. Plus was going to get the stand that comes with this cage and that way they can just be wheeled about. The girls will be moving into my spare bedroom so if I have guests staying I'd like to move the girls into my bedroom or the livingroom to give my guest peace to sleep.

Is this big enough for them? It looks like it would be huge for them but I'm hopeless with sizes. I also like the fact it's a simple colour for the base - too many cages are bright colours that don't match the decor of any room in the house.

ive been looking at these too! (for when i need to split my baby rabbits, then could use them for a spare piggie cage)
as its 4x2ft for 2 piggies it should be a good size, plus you can always add an extra level in if you wanted.
Thats a good price as well.. My next size down, was that price x

Just tried to order one and they are out of stock ;(

Thanks. It seemed a really good price for the cage - no wonder it's sold out just now. Will have to keep an eye out for being in stock again.

I did wonder about the second level - the cage appeared to be quiet high so there would be opportunity of doing that.

I have the rabbit 120 (i think it is,) and am putting a second floor in..
Plus you can cable tie and do it similar to a c&c
I like that stand, cos it has a shelf on, i dont like the nero stands, cos my dog/cat could get under, they like to sleep under things like this lol and it woudnt be sturdy.. if they stood up quickly..
Id deffo go for a one like this..
I like the 3 storey ones too.. the guinea pig hotel, but the floors arent full floors, just sections of floor, so i dont know if they are worth the extra money. Been looking at cages today.

The only thing about the storey ones is I'm not sure my girls would use the ramps. I'd bought wooden ramps to attempt to help them get in and out the cage anytime they wanted but they never used them - they prefered to chase each other underneath it.

I had been looking at the Rabbit 140 but then I spyed the 150 which was coming in cheaper and appeared bigger.

Oh, also, is the Rabbit 150 big enough for another piggy? Was possibly going to look a getting a neutered boar if there were any looking for a home once I got the cage.

If ive measured right, the 150 is just under 5ft x between 2 and a half and 3ft
I'm not sure how big it needs to be for 3, but on a website, it says 5ft x 3ft for 3..
Sure someone who has 3 could probs advice..
I have mine outdoors now.. 2 baby boys in a 3 and a half by 1 and a half 2 storey and the older boys who dont get on each have one floor of a 4 1/2 by 1 1/2 two storey and they have plenty of room.
I had the 2 babies in the 120 and they had loads of room, but they are small x

my two piggies have this cage and it's a lovely cage. i don't have the roof bars on it, just put mesh cubes round the edges, i think it looks better like that.

i always thought it was 5ft long as it states, but if you measure the floor space, it's 4ft 8 and not as wide as it says either as the cage kind of slopes inwards in style.

seeing my two in it, i personally wouldn't keep three in there, but that's just me.

I'm definitely going to get it once it's in stock. I only have the 2 girls just now so I'll see once it arrives and if it just has to remain the 2 girls then so be it.

If you can get hold of a 140 I think you could definitely get a 3rd pig. I have one and it's huge. We made a stand for it too. Keep an eye on ebay... I got mine for £40 and it had hardly been used.

The 150 looks about the same size as the 120. I have a single boar in a 120 and although it'd be ok for 2 I don't think it'd be big enough for 3

Yes, the 150 is slightly bigger - so, I could possibly get them a wee neutered boyfriend. Hope they get it in stock soon, it's so much more expensive on other websites.
