I have had my piggy months now and I have heard him wheek only twice, when foods on the go his head goes straight up but he doesn't make a sound, he does "chitter" when he's out of his cage. He lives on his own but does have occasional playtime with Sparky he responds well to him but soon wanders off to do his own thing.

He spends most of his day sat at his bars watching the world go by, he is quite inactive, he does love a cuddle but soon gets bored and likes to go for a wander, he is very nosy when out and about. Has any one else got a very quiet piggy.

By the way he's 20 months and eats like a horse, hes a rescue pig. I don't know if he needs bringing out of his shell a bit or how to do it.

I have thought of getting another piggy to keep him company but, I think 4 might be too many for me however, I have thougt of giving him regular playtime with Sparky but given how prickly Tommy is at the minute I am frightened that it will upset Tommy even further if he can smell Harry on him when he returns to his cage.

Tommy is still bullying Sparky but they are not fightingso I am loathe to seperate them but if I had to I would try and bond Harry and Sparky.

I think hes heading in that direction already poor Sparky hasn't got a life, I am so sorely tempted to seperate them, it is already one of the reasons why I am reluctant to take a fourth I don't want to upset Tommy

like i said in your other post get what people call a three tier cage where i think all 3 can see and smell eachother but can't touch each other. as from what i have read this cage can be seperated. wish you luck having same problem with our girls. hugs and cuddles to you and you babies. :smitten: :smitten: :) :)
