Quick Question - Balls

Hey,
Just a quick question - our boar Tofu (paired with boar Gnocchi, unnuetered both) always walks around with his balls out and down? Problem / concern/ just something to keep an eye on? (See attached balls stalker shot)!

Some males are bigger than others our pig Pringle is the same

Same, only ever had males and there are those you just look at and can see they're males and others aren't as noticeable
I actually wondered if it makes it easier to neuter them when they're so pronounced
