Questions About A Friends Guinea Pig

Hi, my friend has a guinea pig and she filmed it on her mobile for me and i noticed some things i would like to understand

So my questions is in the video, when she touches the female guinea pigs behind area she makes like a different noise. Why is that?

Second question is, why is her legs or arms in different colors? I mean her front paws are like the same color as her pur, but the back legs are like there is no hair there at all? How so?

I'm asking this cause I'm curious how they work and that And i think they are so cute

Most of the noises the piggy is making are just the contented, interested sounds of a guinea pig exploring its surroundings, but when your friend strokes the piggy's bottom end, that "drrrrr" noise signifies that she doesn't like it. Piggies don't usually like being touched there.

As to her legs being different colours, well, piggies can have any combination of colours on them. I've got an agouti guinea pig with three dark feet, and one white one, and another girl with different coloured ears, and all sorts of colour mixes in their fur. It's just the way the pigmentation goes!

Does the piggy actually have a white leg, or is there no hair at all? I couldn't tell from the video.

And yes, they are very cute animals indeed!

Well she's a very affectionate pig but just doesn't like her rump being touched!

She is precious! The Rrrrhh noise is a "rumble" guinea pigs use it with each other for dominance and in the case of a mixed pair the boy will "rumble" to show how manly he is to the girl. In same sex groups the rumble is the Guinea pigs way of trying to prove how tough they are to each other and who is in charge as they have a hierarchy. With humans it is more a stop that I don't like that. I get that noise sometimes when I'm having a cuddle and they want to go back in the cage (usually for a wee or poo or both) I pop them back in and straight away they do their thing so it is a way of letting me know the "rules" lol
