Have a look whether the nipple is in line with dark skin under the white hair (some piggies have that as a natural skin colour to achieve dark eyes in white piggies) or wether just the nipple is funny colour very different from the surrounding pink skin, which is the standard skin colour for most white furred piggies . Your picture is unfortunately far too blurry for you to assess that.
