Pulled Back Cleaning Hutch :(

Sorry if I have posted this is in the wrong section.

The other day when I was cleaning the guibea pig hutch I must have twisted or lifted something in a funny angle and I pulled my back and was in pain for the rest of the day, I went to bed hoping it would feel better but it didn't the next day it was worse I could hardly walk.
Dosed up on painkillers I managed to keep shuffling around, and somehow made it through the day at work, my back is still not 100% and I'm still having to take painkillers for it, I've even considered booking in to get seen by a doctor.
I need to clean my guinea pig hutch out again now though and I really don't think I'll be able to especially as it was doing that that somehow damaged my back in the first place

Oh no ! I'm sorry to hear this. Please think of yourself - you are just as important as your guinea pigs . Your guineas will manage for a few days without being cleaned out.

As a back pain sufferer I really do feel for you. As @artcasper says try heat and ice. Keep moving as much as you can as it does help. Hopefully there is someone who can help you with any jobs that need doing. Hope you feel better soon.
