Last night I did a tummy check on my boy and I’m pretty sure he has a prolapse anus.
I soaked him in shallowed water and I’m sure it’s not his penis. I really can’t afford a vet bill right now but I don’t know what to do?

Can the vets let you pay later? Or could you borrow the money from family?

How old is your piggy? Is he peeing and pooping ok? Post a picture if you’d like. But he really does need to see a vet. Good luck.

I’m sorry to hear this.
A prolapse is an emergency though and he needs to be seen by a vet immediately.

I know asking for help with money isn't an ideal situation but is there anyone you could ask?
I hope you can get something sorted

He is pooping fine, not sure about peeing, pretty sure he’s around a year old. He’s acting completely normal.

What does his back end look like? Are you able to post a photo? As above though, if you think he’s got a prolapse that is an emergency.
