My male guinea pig keeps ripping out my other male guinea pigs hair and I don't know what to do

If they are actually fighting then it means their bond is broken and they will need to be separated.

How old are they?
How long have they been together?
What are the measurements of their cage?
Do all hides have two exits?
Is there multiple of every item in the cage?
Are they actually fighting?
Is he actually ripping the hair out or is he barbering (hair eating)?
