Hi, I have two new piggy babies, who I have had now for about three weeks. Romeo and Coco...Romeo is very shy and Coco is the total opposite. I am just a bit concerned, as Coco is constantly after Romeo and he rarely comes out of his house - he's seems to eat a little veg, but not much as Coco. Coco just seems to do his dominance dance and wont leave him alone and Romeo seems to back away all the time and hide in his house. I have two other piggies Louis and Charlie who are much older, charlie seems very relaxed and just wants to chill out all the time. I have tried housing Charlie and Louis together, but Louis just wont leave Charlie alone and is stressing him out, so they both live in separate cages next to each other as I thought it was a bit unfair to put them together with Louis constantly humping Charlie and chasing him about. I have tried putting Louis in with Coco, but they started fighting, flying at each other with teeth constantly chatting and wouldn't calm down, though I have never seem Coco and Romeo fighting. Point I am getting at, do you think I should try and just house Charlie and Romeo together and leave Coco and Louis in separate cages. They seem the same type of piggies, but wont leave the other piggy whom they live with alone and it's not fair on the other ones. I tried putting Charlie and Romeo together and they just sat in the house together. I am rambling on here, but do you think it would be unfair to leave Louis in his own cage and Coco in his own? Does anyone else have piggies who live in their own cage on their own cose they can't house them with anyone else.? They each get a run round in their run for about two hours a night. I hope this makes sense.
