Hello :)

I was brought up with guineapigs and now having my own place I am preparing to find a lovely little pair of piggies to bring home . I am looking for an indoor cage to join to an indoor run as I have to wait a short while until I can build a C&C. I was wondering if anybody has a large indoor cage for sale? or a midwest guinea habitat? Any where in the Lancashire,Merseyside, West Manchester area.

Please reccommend any indoor cages.

I have three lovely chinese dwarf hamsters in huge cages and I'm shocked at the tiny cages that are on offer to guinea pigs.

Thankyou :)

Sorry I'm not in your area, but have a look on zooplus website at the Ferplast cages. They're great for pigs. For 2 you should go for Ferplast 140.

Zooplus usually offer discounts too I got loads off mine.

Altho c&c is the best option yes...

Xx

zooplus cages are renound for arriving damaged too though, what I will say is their customer service is excellent and they sort issues out. I recommend paying by paypal :)

Pets at home sell feplast 140s but it might be worth checking out second hand sites like preloved/ gumtree sometimes you can pick up almost new cages for half the price :)

Thankyou for all the advice :) I have been and sized up a 120 but prefer the 140 untill I I would have the C&C. Untill then it is a 140/120. I have seen indoor pens and the midwest guinea habitat which can be linked up to most cages. This would be a nice spacious set up.

I have looked all over gum tree, preloves, freead, friday ad and ebay and become very very obseessed with searching for piggie pens and homes hehe.. all the reasonable cages are miles away from me in (I'm in Lancashire) and bythe time and cost of pererol I would have gotten my lovely boyfriend to drive me there I may as well buy one new from p@h - just patiently waiting for the right one in the right are to pop up. or with p&p..

:) xx

hi,
are you still looking for a cage? i have a trixie 150 cage to sell. it's been used a couple of years but is in good condition. it has the base and cage sides, although unfortunately no clips to attach the sides and roof. we never used the sides and roof and instead put c+c grids around the edges. you could try and find some other way to attach the sides and roof if you wanted to use those. ?/
there are a few scratch/teeth marks on the base and a few stains but nothing major. it has been cleaned twice weekly with a pet safe cleaner, but you will obviously want to sterilize it due to it being stored in the shed.
we are asking £50 for it, due to the clips being missing.
we are in middleton, manchester. :)
