I have two female guinea pigs that were with a male about two months ago. I woke up this morning and I saw blood at the bottom of the cage. I didn’t hear any screeches or yelps like they went into labor and they don’t look like they have any cuts or wounds.

Have you - gently - felt them to see whether there are any lumps in one of the bellies? It could be a miscarriage but by this late stage in a 10 weeks pregnancy the embryos should be noticeable.

A patch of sheer blood should always be taken seriously.

A pregnancy takes about 10 weeks, up to 75 days. By now any babies should be quite large.
