I've put Bear back in with the babies, he's incredibly wobbly and one of the baby pigs has decided its a perfect time to start humping him and won't leave him alone. I don't know if I should separate him or not?

Put a divider in until he is a bit more with it. This is an area you have to play by ear as some vet will wait a lot longer until you can bring a piggy home than others (the level of post-op care is part of the operation cost which can vary enormously).
