Heres a better pic I'm sorry that it isnt the most pleasant thing to look at. It smells really bad- please help!

It's less common for younger boars to have impactions.

What do you feed him?

Does it happen regularly, or is this the first time?

Hiya!
@Parnassus has given you our impaction guide, which you will hopefully find most helpful.

Please have your boy checked by a vet to see whether there is a digestive issue rather than the inability to push out redigested caecotrophs through weakened muscles from either the aging process or an operation.

In any case, don't overfeed with veg (I would recommend to cut out all veg and see whether things normalise within a day or two!) and feed as much hay as possible to stabilise the guts. Mild impaction can be controlled to a fair amount by by a fibre/hay rich diet and by feeding a limited amount of the same veg always at the same time.
You may find our sample diet picture helpful AFTER you and your vet have eliminated the possibility that is not impaction you are dealing with but formless poos from a tummy upset.

I feed my pigs timothy hay, timothy based pellets, and green pepper daily. This has never happened before.
