Does this look like cheilitis? I will take him to the vet if I need to .I want to be sure before because of expenses.

You’re best off taking your piggy to the vet for a proper diagnosis.

If he has a friend then take him along for support.

Hi!
It looks more to me like something stuck to the lip has come off but we cannot diagnose just from a fairly fuzzy picture without a hands-on examination (nor are we qualified to do so). If in any doubt, please see a vet.
